    I think Brother Normal summarized what has happened

    From my opinion – Very Positive and ARTC management deserve appreciation for their profissional handling regardless of some shortfalls

    A. ARTC felt Voice Of The Customer and the Power of Share Holders

    B. If No Money No Honey – No Bonus for Board Members unless they distributed profits.

    C. The addition of Henry Azzam to Board is very valuable asset that will be reflected on the company performance and stock price

    D. The most important, they understood the effect of the unnecessary talks to media sepcially by the finance manager and respected this

    I think generally, the meeting is postive and stock must react positively – current price does not reflect the FAIR PRICE Vs Emaar, DFM, DIB…etc.

    I think Message is delivered

  4. normal .. What did they say about the share price and how it was pressured to stay around the 2.30 domain .. And will this change tomorrow and the share will live the market momentum

    نعم نم مناقشة هذا الموضوع بالتفصيل وخصوصا موضوع شركات التقييم وسعر العادل للسهم

    لكن القانون بمنع الشركه من التدخل في سعر السهم بالسوق وقالوا انه يوجد مضاربات على السهم وانهم لا يستطيعوا التدخل بها وان الهيئة تمنع اي تصريح منهم بخصوص الاسعار .

    اما بخصوص شركات التقييم فقالوا انهم يقدموا لهم البيانات الصحيحه وان التقييم يرجع لهده الشركات وانهم غير راضين عنهم لكن لا يستطيعون التدخل به قانونيا … وان المستثمرين لهم الحريه بالاخذ بها او لا .
