   Please be advised that we are expecting a technical breakdown in the DFM and the ADX markets during the coming period. This breakdown is expected to take the previous lows for most of the stocks and establish new lows. The indices outlook is negative for the time being and we recommend staying out of both markets without initiating any new long positions for the time being. Selling portions of positions on rallies would be advisable. Even selling small portions of positions at current price levels is advisable as well.

   We are actually expecting extreme negative news from the US market. Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae are going to be bailed out and nationalized during the coming period in an intervention from the Federal Reserve in its’ continuous attempt to contain the meltdown in the US financial system and the housing crisis. The US stock market is currently convinced that this is going to happen and the market there is reacting according to this. If this turned out to be true, this will create a huge shake and meltdown in the US market on the financial side and this will probably propagate throughout the world to shake our markets as well. Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae are the second and third largest mortgage firms in the US.

   Currently the US stock market is believed to be in a confirmed bear market. This bear market is yet to continue and the bottom is far from being reached.

   Please be very cautious as we are probably approaching a very volatile period of trading. It is advisable to instruct all our big accounts to keep a 30%-35% cash position at least during the coming period.

   و الجماعه كلهم سيلوا بناءا على هالنصيحه .. بس عندي سؤال يوم أمريكا وضعت يديها على الشركتين ليش سوقنا ما ارتفع مع ان سوقهم ارتفع بما أنهم يربطون سوقنا بسوقهم و خصوصا بالشركتين و أزمة الرهن العقاري ..

   سأروى لك واقعة و أقسم بالله العظيم على أنها حدثت كما سأرويها بالضبط .

   كنت فى لقاء موسع شهر فبراير الماضى و كان من ضمن الحاضرين أحد الخبراء العاملين بدويتشه بنك و هو أجنبى غربى و يحمل الدكتوراه فى الأسواق المالية و قد دار بيننا حديث عن الأسواق المالية بالمنطقة و فوجئت بقوله أن أسواق الخليج فى إتجاهها إلى هبوط عنيف خاصة السوق الإماراتى و أن هناك شح قادم فى السيولة و ان شركات الوساطة ستعانى من الإنخفاض الشديد فى حجم التداول .

   تعجبت من الأمر و قلت له أن كافة التحليلات الفنية أو تحليل المؤشرات لا تقول ذلك فما هو دليلك للوصول إلى هذا الإستنتاج فأجاب بهدوء أنهم فى دويتشه بنك لهم بعض المعادلات الرياضية و الإقتصادية التى بنوا عليها توقعاتهم .

   بالطبع لم أعر الأمر إهتماماً فى وقتها و لكن مع مرور الوقت تأكدت من صحة كلام الرجل .

   بالمناسبة فى نهاية حديثه معى أكد أن الأسواق ستشهد إنتعاشاً فى نهاية الربع الرابع .

3. عيل كل ما نقوم به من تتبع نسب الأجانب أو الكلام عن خروج الأجانب ليس له فائده لأنك لا تعرف من يبيع في الأصل .. ربما بعض الهوامير يبيعون تحت اسم الأجانب و نحن نظن أن الأجانب هم الذين يبيعون ..

   مثل ما المحافظ المحلية داخله باسامي الاجانب ايضا هناك الكثير من الاجانب الي داحلين باسامي المحليين

   اسباب نزول السوق

   1- الأجانب باعو اسهمهم بعد تحقيق ارباح قاربت 100% في فتره اقل من سنه ووجدو فرص
   في سوق العقار الأمريكي الذي وصل لأسعار مغريه
   

   كلام صحيح100% ومنشور في صحيفة الفاينانشل تايمز الأمريكية حسب ماقالي واحد من الربع
