    UPDATE 1-Morocco wins $9 bln deals with two Dubai firms

    CASABLANCA, March 29 (Reuters) – The Moroccan government on Wednesday signed several development project deals with two Dubai-based property firms worth a total of $9 billion, an official statement said.

    Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding will invest $9.0 billion in development projects including a major riverside tourism and real estate project in the capital Rabat worth $5.1 billion, it added.

    The deals also include building resorts, hotels, offices and luxurious villas in Casablanca, Marrakech and Tangier over 10 years, the statement said.

    The firms will invest $2.4 billion in Marrakech to build two leisure complexes and $1.0 billion in Casablanca to expand the development of the city’s sea front and build a pleasure marina.

    King Mohammed attended part of the signing ceremony at his palace in Casablanca to highlight the importance of the deals for Morocco, which plans to double its tourist arrivals to 10 million in 2010.

    Morrocan government sources said top Moroccan officials will join counterparts from Emaar and Dubai Holding to give more details on the planned development projects at a news conference later on.

  4. التوقع صحيح باستمرار الارتفاع و القوة الشرائيه تاكد الاستمرار في الارتفاع و غدا اعمار فوق 18
    قوه التداول نهايه السوق والشراء القوى على اعمار + المؤشر غير مساره من الهبوط وجنى الارباح الى بدايه ارتفاع جديد ..

    املاك نجم اليوم ! والاتجاه الى سوق دبى بسبب نزوله الاكبر بالفتره الماضيه و التوجه الى دبى بسبب ادراج التصالات المتكامله بسوق دبي و عوده السيوله من الاكتتابات مثل تمويل + الاتصالات المتكامله + التوزيعات النقديه ودخولها في السوق .
    وزياده التفاؤل للاتجاه الى الاسهم وليس الاكتتاب لانه غير مجدي والدليل ارتفاع السوق بعد الاكتتاب !
