1. Buyer Send ICPO / LOI+ NCNDA/IMF
2. Seller issue draft contract open for an amendment to buyer.
3. Buyer sign and return Draft contract back to seller.
4. Seller issue partial POP to Buyer.
5. Upon Buyer receipt partial POP from the Seller, within 48hours
Buyer legalize the sign contract with the monopoly company appointed by the Chamber of Commerce Russian Federation.
6. Seller lodged hard copy legalized contract to the export unit, and
send a copy to the buyer via DHL.
7. Upon confirmation of legalized contract seller’s bank issued to buyer’s bank POP.
8. Buyer confirm received pop with his bank /Buyer bank issue
MT 103 Upon Seller bank receipt of the MT103 Sellers bank issues 2%
Performance bonds to activate the payment instrument.
9. Delivery commence as per contract. (First Shipment commences within 15 – 35 days).
