    Don’t worry, we are close to a nice rally in Salama, technically speaking once 0.97 is breached and holds above it for weekly close, then it should fly to the first target around 1.45

    Look to the future, This in an ongoing business with ongoing growing revenue. yes they might have a year when they pay out more for natural disastors like what happened early in 2010 in East Asia earthquake, so we had a decline in profits but no losses. Still next year they raise premiuims couple of points and back to making nice and good profits

    Some points of value to me

    Operational revenue increased by 25%

    Operation Geographically well diversified including Turkey and in East Asia (where high growth expected), check the yearly report and compare with previous years

    Investments almost all in very secure interest yielding vehicules

    No RE exposure, so no hidden RE losses on the books

    Low Debt relative to capital and to other insurance companies (who are more into risky investments and borrow more then capital, and therfore much riskier) a

    Book Value at ~ 1.45

    I do not care much for 10% shares divident, but I do care more where this company is really worth and where it should be in the near future, and I really believe it should not be below a range of 1.5 – 2.00 AED
