A retail multinational is looking for a highly experienced HR Managers to be

responsible for their HR Business Partnering for their business units in the

Middle East. Primary responsibilities will include, partnering with regional and

district leadership in implementing human resource strategies to achieve

business objectives, strategic goals and Human Resource initiatives. You will

also be expected to use your high level of business knowledge to drive change

and to contribute to changes in the organisational structure and the

development and deployment of business structure. The ideal candidate will

also have the ability to provide a broad range of HR services including

compensation planning, Workforce planning, succession planning and talent

management. The ideal candidate profile is as follows: BA Degree in

HR/Business Administration Masters degree prefered 5-8 years experience,
