كلنا يعلم ما قاله مدراء الصناديق العالمية المتواجدة بدبي عن نيتهم لمغادرة دبي والإنسحاب منها
والتوجه للدول المجاورة وتحديدا قطر ومصر والسعودية وكلنا يعلم أيضا عن عزم مجتمع الاستثمار
العالمي عن عدم تقديم فلس واحد لدبي وربما يمتد وينعكس ذلك ايضا على المنطقة .
نيتهم تلك غير مستغربة في ظل بيئة اقتصادية لا تتحرك بالسرعة المطلوبة لمواجهت التحديات
وتقتصر إجرأتها مع بيانات عنوانها الرئيس بالأيام والأسابيع القادمة حتى وقعت الكارثة وتراجعت
الأصول فلا مؤتمرات الحوكمة أطلعت المساهمين عما يجري بالكوليس وارسلت رسائل تطمين
للأسواق ولا تصريحات اللجنة المكلفة ورؤوساء الشركتين طمأنت السوق في ظل ظروف صعبة
الكل يعلمها ومطلع عليها ولا حتى هذه الأزمة العابرة بمشيئة الله جعلت القائمين على الشركتين
واللجنة المكلفة يعوون خطورة الموقف ومدى تأثيره وانعكاسه على دبي فإن كان ما تم انجازه من
أجل تدفق الاستثمارات وجعل دبي مركزا ماليا هاما بالمنطقة والعالم فهل سيحدث ذلك في ظل
هكذا مناخ وهل سيتدفق فلسا واحدا الى دبي او حتى الامارات من اجل الاستثمار رب قائل
أبوظبي بها الخير ونقول نعم هي الخير كله ولكن الى متى وهل ستظل دبي دائما تتلقى من
ابوظبي وهل ستعيش دبي منعزلة أو مقاطعة من قبل النظام المالي العالمي التي هي جزء
منه ؟؟؟؟

Dubai has money but they do not want to pay its debt at one time.They need to reschedule it as they still have most of their money invested in reat estate. Therefore, they do not want to sell them at low price. They might resell part of them now. Investment in real estate is very profiting in the long run. Dubai is still the best location in the Middle East for foreign companies and investors. There is no tax and easy to move money in and out.Now they have a strong infrastructure for business. Dubai should make control on large amount of money coming in and going out of the country. This is to avoid having fake investors and money laundring professionals from playing in the country. International analysts are money makers and they deal indirectly with big investors, they agree with each other on when, how and where to publish their financial news. Dubai need to have control and startegic planning on their investment and not to follow or listen to foreign experts/ analysts. Dubai need to review its short and long-term strategic planning and need to be more careful before they initiate any new project.

It is well played game..tomorrow in the mid of the session until the end the game players (foreigners) will take your shares and will sell them back to you at higher price. Also, USA is selling now the gold at high price and they will buy it back at lower price. They said gold might reach $1,500, yes it might reach and might not but in the end it is a game and they promote for it. Gold will collapse in 2 or 3 months. It is also well palyed game. Be careful.
