Charterhouse is assisting a leading conventional bank in its search for an experienced Manager to spearhead its Emiratisation department. This is a challenging role that will offer progression and team involvement, reporting directly to the HR Director and CEO. Candidates must have a Degree with at least eight years HR experience, with five being in a management capacity focusing specifically on Emiratisation. The main areas of focus will be to attract and retain Emirati talent within the bank, liaising heavily with leading Universities and Colleges in the region.
