LEGAL SECRETARY – AED 18,500 Per Month, Abu Dhabi. Charterhouse is assisting a leading international law firm in its search for an experienced Western educated Legal Secretary. Based in city offices, you will be responsible for assisting a Partner and two Associates both from the UK, providing secretarial support, mainly in the audio typing of letters, emails, agreements, etc. Other duties will include marketing assistance, amending agreements from manuscript comments, diary and travel management as well as legal research. Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be Western educated with experience working in a large, international law firm in the UK, Australia, New Zealand or Canada. The client will look at candidates who are willing to relocate but will ideally prefer candidates with UAE or Gulf experience. PRINCIPAL ENGINEER (UAE National) – AED 40,000 – 47,000 Per Month, Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading aluminium plant based in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for the planning and implementaton of projects. Working in the plant, you will manage the electrical team for the machinery, and be responsible for change management and project management. You will offer technical advice to the engineering team and deal with all electrical maintenance issues. You will assist the maintenance team in problem solving issues, provide suggestions on how processes can be streamlined and manage a team of Engineers. You will be the point of contact for senior management to ensure that the plant is running smoothly. To be considered for this role, you must be a UAE National and have a Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent discipline with any project management diploma being an advantage. You must have at least ten years experience in an industrial project area, and aluminium experience is an advantage. CORPORATE FINANCE LEAD
