QUALITY
A, GOLD-Good London Delivery
B. Weight:1kg per Bar
C. Fineness of 999.9 in Gold purity with certificates
D. Hallmark: international Acceptable Hallmark
PRICE
Shall be base on the prevailing London Bullion Market
Association (L.B.M.A.), 2nd London Fixing upon
confirmation of payment instruction
DISCOUNT
Nett to Buyer Four Percent (4%)
DEPOSITORY
Security bonded warehouse in Asia
CONTRACT TERM
One year with extension roll over.
PAYMENT
By T T Wire Transfer/Remittance to CROSSBORDER
ACCESS (M) SDN. BHD. Account Prior to Order (in Full)
or by an irrevocable, Transferable, Confirmed Bank
Pay Order SBLC/Bank Guarantee in favor of
CROSSBORDER ACCESS (M) SDN. BHD (Format
Acceptable Finance instrument) as payment guarantee
before AU lifting. All payments will be in good, clean, clear
US or Euro Dollars of non-criminal Origin.
DELIVERY_CHARGES
All charges and expenses of shipping and insurance and
all related expenses in respect to lifting and delivery of the
said AU from the Depository Warehouse to the Delivery
Warehouse in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar or
Dubai be paid by Buyer ( 0.3%)
TAX
Both Seller and the Buyer, each agree to be responsible
separately for their own tax liabilities, as it relates to this
transaction including but not linted to income tax, import
duties, levies, taxed and other appropriate shares
applicable under the Law and Jurisdiction pertinent to the
execution of this Contract in their respective role and states
LICENSES
The Buyer will have all necessary “import Licenses” in
place to collect the AU Metal
DELIVERY
F.o.B. basis up to exit point (Kuala Lumpur. Airport Malaysia).
However, C.l.F. basis can be arranged to any designated
Buyer place. (Buyer shall be responsible for all incurred
coats such as shipping and insurance for the delivery of
the AU to Buyer’s designated receiving station)
The first tranche will be up to max. 250 kg per week and
subsequent tranches shall be as agreed upon between
Seller and Buyer through their Bullion Bank Officers and
total tranche up to 5 MT max.
