Help is needed, Pleeeeeeeease

I posted a reply in the topic above on “HOW TO CONNECT METASTOCK TO MOBASHER TADAWEEL” but their was no reply. I hope someone would help me in arabic and I will explain my problem. I need someone to reexplain how to do step 2 mentioned by Bent Alemaraat. I tried to connect Metastock to this program but I don’t know what to do next. my problem starts in opening The Downloader and then I didn’t know what to do.
Another Questions, Do we have to use Metastock Offline Mode?
