hangouts in dubai

hi all,ive been to dubai two times before,i used to go shopping there,am willing to go there insha ala next april,and i wanted to know some nice places to hangout,cafes or restaurant that serve shisha ,as i only know reem el bawady restaurant and another restaurant in diera i dont remember its name now would u pls tell me where i can hangout there at night,starts from 10 pm? am not asking for pubs or discos,i need a simple place,thanks alot
