    Min. requirements:
    All the companies must be at least one year in the market
    Contracting companies must be at least 3 years in the market
    Documents req.:
    6 months bank statements of all the company accounts in all the banks (original copy)
    Copy of the trade license and chamber of commerce
    Copy of the trade license of any sister companies
    Copy of valid passport with visa of all the partners (LLC)
    Copy of the tenancy contract of the office, warehouse and any other location of the company
    Copy of the list of employee

    Loan amount:
    From 100,000 to 500,000 for 48 months max.
    After six months there is a top up to 750,000 (250,000 more)
    The rate of interest 25.4% and processing fees 3%
    There are no hidden fees.
    The process:
    The process will take from 10 days to 15 days until the money disbursed
    The owner must sign (security cheque) with full amount of the loan & interest
    Personal loan:
    The max amount will be 350,000 for 48 month
    After six months there is a top up to 500,000 (150,000 more)
    The interest is 28.4% processing fees 3%
    If it is LLC and there are 2 partners we can give each partner as personal loan 300,000

  5. اخي العزيز اتمنى ان تضع الشروط وماهي الضمانات المطلوبة وماهي المشاريع التي يمكن تمويلها او منحها قروض وكيفية السداد ونسبة الفائدة . واذا كان بالعربي افضل حتى يستفيد جميع الأخوة والأخوات .
