ONE MORE STRIKE …..GOOOOOOO
to the positive side
For several weeks now we had a very slow trading activities in both markets, more
sideways to low with low trading volumes, and as the negative sentiment controlled our markets, with most of the investors if not all were seeing Emaar to break the 9 levels and as we all know the 8.75 was its next support levels touching the lower end of the trendline of what is formed as a (FALLING WEDGE), and today we have seen the low in Emaar at 8.76 and bids increased at the 8.75 which tells us that the support of 8.75 will support the stock and move higher. The stock closed at 8.77, which is a positive signal, for next week Sunday move
A FALLING WEDGE forms with lower highs and lower lows. A bullish signal, a falling wedge is a continuation signal in an up-trend and a reversal signal when observed in a down-trend
The target for a reversal pattern is calculated from the highest peak to the lowest trough in the wedge pattern. The objective is calculated by projecting the target up/down from the breakout point
In other words, Emaar will soon start showing positive signals of a rebound targeting the short-term move to 9.60-9.70 but for the long-term players, we will wait till ithe breakout with the confirmation of high volume, which is the main key to confirm the
FALLING WEDGE, if there is no high volume on the breakout then it is a false signal
If the falling wedge is confirmed at the breakout with high volumes then we can go as high as 10.20 where we will see some selling pressure and dropping again to the 9.70 again for accumulation and then we move stronge to the higher levels above 10.20 to 11.00 levels
This is my analysis, sorry don’t have my charts to show you, but I promise you all that on Sunday will post my chart on Emaar showing you the falling wedge, which will make it much more clear for you
