شكل معرض “سيتي سكيب دبي” منذ إطلاقه في عام 2002 مؤشرا على حركة السوق العقارية في الإمارات، ومع تفاقم
تداعيات الأزمة المالية على القطاع العقاري الذي دخل مرحلة الركود تتجه الأنظار نحو الدورة الحالية للمعرض التي تبدأ الأسبوع القادم لرسم صورة جديدة لمستقبل القطاع.
ويظهر الإستطلاع الأسبوعي لموقع “الأسواق.نت” حول مدى تأثير المعرض على السوق العقارية الإماراتية أن غالبية المستطلعين (46.98%) أكدت أنه لن يكون لـ”سيتي سكيب دبي” تأثيرا إيجابيا على السوق بسبب التوقعات بالمزيد من التراجع لأسعار العقارات.
لكن نسبة 23.06% من المستطلعين أبدت تفاؤلها من نجاح المعرض، نظرا لوجود بوادر استقرار في السوق العقاري حاليا. في حين رأت نسبة 29.96% أن حالة السوق العقارية وأداؤها لا يرتبطان بالمعارض

البنوك لا توفر التمويل وإن وفرته فهي تضع شروط تعجيزية
السيولة تبخرت والكل يعاني من هذه الأزمة
سيتي سكيب لهذا العام (وقبله كذلك) كان مجرد شيء روتيني والدليل عزوف نخيل وإعمار عن المشاركة فيه ثم غيروا رأيهم بعد ذلك وقالوا بأنهم لن يشاركوا بمشاريع جديدة
كل ذلك يعطي إنطباع بأن المعرض لن يحقق النجاح
الله يرحم الايام اللي كانت المشاريع تُباع خلال ساعات من طرحها
اقترح بأن يتم تمديد المُدة لمعرض سيتي سكيب أي جعله كل 3 سنوات مثلاً
في اعتقادي مصير المعرض مثل الدوره السابقه عندما تفاجئ الجميع بعدم بيع اي من الوحدات المعروضه وعزوف المستثمرين في ظل الازمه العالميه وعدم قدره الشركات علي الايفاء بلتزاماتها تجاه المستثمرين .
