Dubai, Saturday, October 3, 2009: Union Properties (UP), one of the leading property developers in the U.A.E, and a recipient of the ‘Superbrands’ award for 2009 , will be exhibiting this year in the upcoming edition of Cityscape Dubai set to take place from the 5th- 8th of October at the Dubai International Exhibition and Conference Centre.

UP will be showcasing its flagship project, the 38,000,000 sq.ft MotorCity development that includes residential, commercial and retail amenities and comprises of five project components: UPTOWN MotorCity®, Green Community MotorCity™, Business Park MotorCity™, Dubai Autodrome® and F1-X Dubai™ themed park.
The company will also showcase its unique DIFC projects; Index™ the 80 storey multi-purpose tower offering state-of- the-art offices for multinational corporations, minimalist designed luxury apartments as well as retail offerings, and Limestone House the exclusive luxurious residential building that will connect to a five star hotel.

لما لا……هل خسائر اعمار افقدت المستثمر الثقة بها……ارتفاع سهم اعمار الصاروخي كان مدهش و من احب اخذ قليلا” من المخاطرة يكون اجدر له من لا يأخذ ايا risk….بعدين انت ريسك…..و الحياة مغامرة فمن عرف متى يدخل و متى يخرج يكون كسبان…….
انظر الى مشاريع الشركة و اعطيها تقييمك الخاص ترى ان ما تملكه من مشاريع باليد اكثر مما نتوقعه و يكفي لاستمرارية الشركة لسنين و اذا لم نأخذ بالحسبان تأجيير الممتلكات التي تعطي مردود ممتاز و تبقى الممتلكات لها في النهاية….
هذا المصدر الذي استندت اليه كان مصدر يتكلم بلغة تشاؤومية عن دبي منذ بداية الازمة و يتخذ من مشكلة بسيطة قصة كبيرة……و فقد مصدقيته منذ زمن. و لماذا لا يرتفع السهم اذا كانت معظم المشاريع تنتهي في نهاية هذا العام و ارباحها تضاف من الان حتى نهاية السنة……و هل اعمار اعلنت عن ارباح و ارتفع سهمها من 2.86 الى 4.09. هل تدري ان خسائر اعمار بالمليارات و عندها قضية خاسرة و ملزمة بدفع المليارات نهاية العام و الثقة بها ما زال مرتفع؟ و هل تعلم من لا يحب دبي يكتب ما يريد لأن الازمة بدأت تتراجع و جاء عصر التحدي صديقي Challenge.
