UP will be showcasing its flagship project, the 38,000,000 sq.ft MotorCity development that includes residential, commercial and retail amenities and comprises of five project components: UPTOWN MotorCity®, Green Community MotorCity™, Business Park MotorCity™, Dubai Autodrome® and F1-X Dubai™ themed park.
The company will also showcase its unique DIFC projects; Index™ the 80 storey multi-purpose tower offering state-of- the-art offices for multinational corporations, minimalist designed luxury apartments as well as retail offerings, and Limestone House the exclusive luxurious residential building that will connect to a five star hotel.

هل تقصد أن واحد دفع مبلغ 20 ألف درهم بس علشان يأخذ الدور في الطابور ؟

والله الي اعرفه انه حرام …..حرام… عند اغلب شركات الوساطه الاسلاميه والسهم تعبان من سنين واكوا اسهم عقاريه اسلاميه افضل بكثير ….
ملاحظه….. اننا دائما ما نسمع فقط سمع بأن الشركه عندهم سنه 2010قياسيه في الارباح ولا يوجد اي دليل لحد الان ؟؟؟؟

لا استطيع ان افتي في هذا الموضوع و اسأل من هم على اطلاع بهذا الامر…و لكن اجزم ان الاستثمار فيه اطهر من الاستثمار في سيتي غروب
