the society is not prepared to accept the concept of female nurses or physicians oeprating in a mixed work atmosphere. The country is raising the
awareness of families to allowing their female members to work at healthcare service providers as nurses, physicians etc in an atmosphere that is not restricted to having sections for females
separated completely from section for males. Till this date most of the female workers at healthcare service providers are non-locals. You fins them at reception, or helping physicians mostly in the
female section. Give this approach its due time and Saudi families will open up to accepting the idea of a more relaxed work atmosphere allowing males and females to serve the public.
