Game PC probleme (resolution)

Question

i have a probleme in my PC games resolution it looks so small in my screen and i don't know i have tried many times to solve it but nothing happend when i go to the game settings i found it 1024X768 so what can i do to solve this probleme? (Windows 8.1 updated)‏
